About
The 2027 NARBA Raspberry Blackberry Conference will be with the SE Regional Fruit & Vegetable Conference in Savannah, Georgia at the Savannah Convention Center on January 7th & 8th!
We are excited to announce that our Annual Conference will be in partnership with the Southeast Regional Fruit and Vegetable Conference (SERFVC) as a special session on Thursday, January 7th and Friday, January 8th, 2027 in conjunction with the annual Savannah, GA conference. More details will be announced shortly and registration will open in September 2026.
Southeast Regional Fruit & Vegetable Conference
For 25 years, the annual SE Regional Conference has brought together leaders, advocates, and industry partners to celebrate agriculture, strengthen connections, and shape the future of the ag industry. And in 2027, they’ll honor that incredible legacy while looking ahead to the next 25 years.
NARBA has been part of this legacy, offering a co-located conference regularly and supporting the planning of the annual “Caneberry Track”.
2027 NARBA SE Regional Designated Hotel
NARBA Meeting attendees will have two-week advance access to the hotel room block before it opens to all SE Regional conference attendees. The NARBA Board expressed interest in setting a designated “host” hotel for NARBA attendees to maximize berry grower networking opportunities. We recommend booking rooms at the Hyatt Regency Savannah – we will also be hosting an Evening Welcome Reception on Wednesday, January 6th for all NARBA meeting registrants. The Hyatt’s group rate for single/doubles is $201 plus local and state fees and taxes. The resort fee will be waived if you book the group rate.
Schedule
NARBA’s 2027 Annual Meeting, held with the SE Regional Conference, delivers two full days of caneberry-focused education.
This session offers premium opportunities to network, learn about the latest advancements in research, and hear about emerging technologies in the caneberry industry. Topics include Raspberry & Blackberry Breeding Updates, Pest & Disease Research, Agriculture New Technology, Production Management, Plant Management, Food Safety and Berry Special Topics!
NARBA will also host its popular Industry Showcase, featuring exhibits of products and services for caneberry growers, on Thursday, January 7th only.
2026 Conference Poster Sessions
NARBA was pleased to offer conference participants a way to share their latest research findings. Posters were submitted by undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, and extension educators associated with academic institutions and government agencies (USDA, etc.), and by industry researchers.
