Raspberry Bread

A simple recipe that brings out the berry flavor.


1 1/2 C. flour

3/4 C sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 C yogurt or sour cream

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 cups raspberries dusted with flour (can use any berries)

1 zest of one lemon


1Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt).

2Blend yogurt/sour cream, eggs, and oil.

3Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients nd mix until moistened.

4Add raspberries and lemon zest, and fold in gently.

5Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees F.

White chocolate chips cam also be added at the same time as the berries. This was shared in our conference hospitality room in March 2016.
