Have you ever wanted a pie in a glass? If so, look no further! Both blackberries and grapes are high in antioxidants, and grapes contain resveratrol, which has been shown to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Kale remains one of the best dark leafy greens you can eat, brimming with vitamins A, C and K, as well as iron and protein. If dairy and nuts aren’t your thing, rice milk is a great option. This milk is low in saturated fat, but high in both B vitamins and antioxidants.
