Easy, healthy dessert option

1/2 cup fresh or unsweetened frozen raspberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. crème de cassis
1 tsp. sugar

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or process in food processor with steel blade until smooth.

Chill.

Serve over strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or nectarines.
