Raspberry Bread

A simple recipe that brings out the berry flavor.

 1 1/2 C. flour
 3/4 C sugar
 2 tsp. baking powder
 1/2 tsp salt
 1 C yogurt or sour cream
 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 2 eggs
 2 cups raspberries dusted with flour (can use any berries)
 1 zest of one lemon

Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt).

Blend yogurt/sour cream, eggs, and oil.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients nd mix until moistened.

Add raspberries and lemon zest, and fold in gently.

Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees F.
