 2 cups all-purpose flour
 2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
 2 Tbsp. sugar
 ½ tsp. salt
 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
 3/4 cup milk (more or less if needed)
 Filling: 5 cups blackberries
 3 cups sugar
 3 cups water
 1 Tbsp. butter
 1 small box blackberry jello
 1 tsp. lemon juice

Dough:

Mix first four items.

Add butter and cut in with pastry blender until coarse crumbs form.

Add milk and stir until soft dough forms.

Lightly flour surface and using rolling pin, roll dough to 3/4 inch thick.

Filling:

Mix blackberries, sugar, water, and butter in a two-quart sauce pan.

Bring to a slow boil.

Cook until berries are soft.

Remove from heat and add jello.

Add lemon juice.

Assemble:

Cut dough in to long strips and make layers with dough and pie filling.

Make top crust and back at 350 for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
