 2 eggs
 3/4 cup sugar
 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 2 cups flour
 1/2 tsp. salt
 1/2 tsp. baking soda
 1 cup vanilla yogurt
 2 cups blackberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar

Continue beating and add oil

In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, & baking soda

Stir dry ingredients into egg mix, gradually adding vanilla yogurt

Gently fold in blackberries

Scoop batter into greased muffin tin

Bake for 25 minutes
