Berry Sherbet

Simple and wonderful

 4 cups berries
 2 cups sugar
 2 cups buttermilk

Pulverize berries in blender or food processor.

Add sugar and buttermilk. Mix well

Freeze in shallow container.

Remove from freezer and partially thaw.

Break into chunks and beat with mixer, beating out ice crystals

Refreeze until firm
