Great twist on a favorite


3 cups raspberries

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. allspice

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar (brown or granulated)

1/2 cup butter

sour cream, yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream for toppings


1Place berries in bottom of shallow baking pan, and sprinkle with lemon juice and spices.

2Cut the butter into the flour until it is like course corn meal.

3Stir in sugar.

4Spread mixture over berries and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes until topping is crisp and brown.

5Serve hot or cold with any of the toppings above.
