Chocolate Berry Fondue

Decadent and worth the calories


1/2 pound each unsweetened and semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces

2-1/2 cups sugar

dash of salt

2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup butter

2/3 cup fruit liqueur

Lots of fresh berries


1Place all ingredients except liqueur into a double boiler.

2Cook, stirring until chocolate and butter have melted and sugar is dissolved. Just before serving, stir in liqueur until well blended.

3Serve with fresh berries ready for dipping.

Perfect for a summer party!
