1Place frozen berries in a large wide mouthed jar, or use a well washed plastic gallon milk carton using a funnel.
2Warm vinegar and sugar and pour over 5 cups of berries in jar or carton.
3Save one cup frozen berries to add to gift bottles later.
4Cover container loosely and allow to stand for 8 days, shaking or stirring gently daily.
5Strain vinegar and funnel into gift bottles.
6For more intense color, add a few of the reserved berries to each gift bottle.
7Yield: 4 quarts or 8 pints.
