Simple and wonderful

Ingredients

4 cups berries

2 cups sugar

2 cups buttermilk

Directions

1Pulverize berries in blender or food processor.

2Add sugar and buttermilk. Mix well

3Freeze in shallow container.

4Remove from freezer and partially thaw.

5Break into chunks and beat with mixer, beating out ice crystals

6Refreeze until firm
