3 cups blackberries or raspberries; can sweeten to taste
1Preheat the oven.
2Melt the margarine or butter in a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
3In a bowl, sift together the self-rising flour and sugar.
4Stir in the milk, leaving some lumps.
5Pour over the melted margarine in the baking dish.
6Add the berries.
7Do NOT stir.
8Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
